Sugar cane drinking straws making machine use Sugar cane resin as raw materials, after melting, extrusion, shaping, cooling, pulling and rotating, cutting, then produce biodegradable sugar cane drinking straws.

Main Features
1)The gears and bearings(NSK, Japan) are precision ground and hardened to ensure smooth and quiet operations.
2)The screw and barrel for straw extrusion is manufactured from Aluminum Chromolybdenum alloy steel(38CrMoAlA material 0.2-0.7mm nitrogen treatment).
3)The die undergoes nitride hardening treatment for a long service time.
4)The water tank and the surface of cutting machine are made of fully 304 stainless steel.
5)The main extruder's screw designed to suit plastic material specified. Tube die head assembly manufactured in tool steel.
6)All of our machines are made strictly according to CE standard.
